[Tweet](https://twitter.com/share) **Who’s got your back in the Crosby-Tulsa plant?** **That would be Rick Dowler!** **![Rick Dowler hook1 (002)](https://news.kitocrosby.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Rick%20Dowler%20hook1%20(002).jpg?width=3024&name=Rick%20Dowler%20hook1%20(002).jpg)** Rick is the Production Supervisor for Crosby- Tulsa. He oversees Heavy Assembly, which includes building oilfield tubing blocks, crane blocks, all paint areas, and roll forge sheaves. Essentially, any large and heavy product that comes through the plant. Rick joined the Crosby team over 15 years ago, at the Crosby- Tulsa plant. He started his journey in Light Assembly and then moved onto Heavy Assembly. Rick has had the honor of being Supervisor for over 7 years. ***“I am amazed by the variety and size of products that Crosby manufactures. From a snap hook smaller than a cell phone, to a crane block that weighs more than 30,000 lbs. It truly takes a team of experts with dedication to do what we do here, and I am glad to be part of it.”*** – **Rick Dowler** On Rick’s time off he enjoys off-roading with his brothers in the mountains of Southeastern Oklahoma. He also loves to spend time relaxing with his wife of 31 years, Elizabeth, and their daughter, Amber. Before Crosby, Rick had a job that kept him from his family too much, and he knew he needed a change. He decided to apply for a position at McKissick, and the rest is history. ***“Rick is well respected from the floor and in the office. His wealth of knowledge and execution are contributing factors in our success for the Tulsa plant. He has a great attitude and is a great representation of what a Crosby employee should be like. He cares about all the products that come through his area. Rick is a driving force that steers Crosby Tulsa into the right direction that benefits our customers.”*** –**Ted Farrington, Plant Manager - Crosby Tulsa** **See Crosby’s complete product offering in our catalog:** Topics: [People](https://news.kitocrosby.com/news/topic/people) [![Follow Crosby On LinkedIn](https://no-cache.hubspot.com/cta/default/383226/edd3fd1a-7b73-40a4-8b4b-83a9720cf3c2.png)](https://cta-redirect.hubspot.com/cta/redirect/383226/edd3fd1a-7b73-40a4-8b4b-83a9720cf3c2) ### Recent Posts ### View Crosby News by Topic:  [Newsletters](http://news.thecrosbygroup.com/news/topic/newsletter) [SubSea Market](http://news.thecrosbygroup.com/news/topic/subsea) [Products](http://news.thecrosbygroup.com/news/topic/products)  [People](http://news.thecrosbygroup.com/news/topic/people) [Danny's Rigging Den](http://news.thecrosbygroup.com/news/topic/dannys-rigging-den)  [Other News ](http://news.thecrosbygroup.com/news/topic/other)   © Kito Crosby.
