Wie also lässt sich am besten und schnellsten sicherstellen, beim Arbeiten mit Anschlagmitteln hinsichtlich Wirkungsgrad, Sicherheit und Qualität das Optimum zu erreichen? Die Antwort: mit Hilfe eines eher unscheinbaren Hilfsmittels namens Rillenlehre. Lassen Sie sich nicht von der Schlichtheit ihres Designs irreführen. Es gibt kein besseres Hilfsmittel, um den Verschleiß an Seilrollen schnell und exakt zu messen.![MetalSheaveGauge_v02.png](https://news.kitocrosby.com/hs-fs/hubfs/MetalSheaveGauge_v02.png?width=320&name=MetalSheaveGauge_v02.png "MetalSheaveGauge_v02.png") Die neuen metallenen Rillenlehren von Crosby sind als vollwertiger, aus 14 Rillenlehren bestehender Satz erhältlich. Bei diesem Satz reicht das Größenspektrum von ¼” (6,4 mm) bis 1 ½” (38,1 mm). Dank der robusten Konstruktionsweise mit Metall ist dieser Lehrensatz für den wiederholten, dauerhaften Einsatz bei gleichzeitigem Beibehalten eines schlanken Profils und leichten Gewichts geeignet. Der Nutzer kann den Lehrensatz leicht in einer Hosen- oder Jackentasche oder an einem Werkzeuggurt verstauen. Dies ist äußerst bequem, und Sie haben bei Bedarf die entsprechende Lehre schnell wieder zur Hand. Die Funktionsweise der metallenen Rillenlehren von Crosby ist simpel. Das Prüfen von Kontur und Verschleiß der Rille geht so: Wählen Sie zunächst eine Lehre geeigneter Größe aus dem Satz aus – z. B. die 1" (25,4 mm) Lehre für eine Drahtseilrille mit 1" (25,4 mm) Durchmesser. Setzen Sie anschließend die Rillenlehre an der Rille an. Prüfen Sie nun, ob die Lehre bündig anliegt. Zwischen Lehrenunterseite und Rille darf es keine Lücke, durch die Licht hindurchdringen kann, geben. Die Lehre muss darüber hinaus auf die Rille in einem Winkel (Bogenmaß) zwischen 135 und 150 Grad auftreffen. Wenn die Lehre auf der Rille aufsitzt, ohne dass dabei eine Lücke zu erkennen ist (siehe Abb. 1 weiter unten), und der Kontakt mit ausreichend großem Winkel (Bogenmaß) erfolgt, dann ist der Verschleiß an Rille und -kontur noch annehmbar. Wenn Licht hindurchdringt, wie in Abb. 2 weiter unten zu sehen, dann hat die Seilrolle das Ende ihrer Produktlebensdauer erreicht. Der Nutzer muss beachten, dass das Prüfen von Kontur und Rille der Seilrolle lediglich ein Teilbereich der Inspektion ist.
